Some Points to Note...

Please review our terms and conditions

	A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed registration application
	Fees are due on registration, payable within 14 days of Tax Invoice and at least ten (10) days prior to the event
	Discounts are offered conditional on the advance payment terms described – otherwise the full fee becomes payable
	Group discounts apply for people from the same organisation unit/division cost centre registering & attending the same event together – the discount is not transferable to any other event
	A registration is not guaranteed until paid in full – priority will be given to paid registrations
	Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative event up to ten (10) days prior to the scheduled event
	Substitute participant welcome – prior notice preferred wherever possible
	Payment by EFT or Credit Card preferred – Purchase Orders NOT accepted in lieu of full payment
	An event may be cancelled at the discretion of The Change Forum at any time – in which case fees are fully refundable
	Course fee includes lunch, refreshments and a comprehensive self-coaching Toolkit but not travel, accommodation or personal expenses
	Participants requiring accommodation need to make their own arrangements
	Please advise any special catering or other requirements at the time of registration
	Venue location will be provided on confirmation of registration and reconfirmed at least 10 days prior to attendance
	Confirmation of arrangements for an event prior to attendance is the participant's responsibility
