Fees are due on registration, payable within 14 days of Invoice and prior to attending the event

Payment by EFT or Credit Card preferred

Registration fee will be forfeited if cancellation requested less than 14 days prior to the Forum or No Show on the day

For cancellation more than 2 weeks prior - 50% Refund

For cancellation more than 4 weeks prior - full refund

A substitute participant is welcome – prior notice preferred where possible

Participants requiring accommodation need to make their own arrangements

Please advise any special catering or other requirements at the time of registration
