In busy jobs when we feel pressured or plain overloaded with daily heavy-duty demands, we rarely stop to pause; collect our thoughts; ground ourselves and refocus on what matters most at work – a conversation, a task, a priority or a pressure.

Mindfulness is a hugely beneficial practice to help you cope more calmly and constructively with the constant busyness, pressure, stresses and distractions we face every day at work and in life generally.
