Price: Loose Change Leadership Sessions:  $175 [GST inc] per Person per Session for everyone

Some Points to Note...

bullet

Fees are due on registration, payable within 14 days of Invoice and prior to attending the event

bullet

A Tax Invoice will be issued on receipt of a completed registration application

bullet

Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to an alternative Change Forum event up to fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled event

bullet

Transfer between Loose Change Fast-Track Sessions may be requested up to 7 days prior to the original registered event only

bullet

Substitute participant welcome up to program commencement – prior notice preferred wherever possible

bullet

Fee will be forfeited if changes required less than 7 days prior to the original registered event or No Show

bullet

Places limited at each Session – priority will be given to paid registrations

bullet

Payment by EFT or Credit Card preferred – Purchase Orders NOT accepted in lieu of full payment

bullet

Fee for Loose Change Leadership Sessions includes a refreshment and hand-out materials only

bullet

Participants requiring accommodation need to make their own arrangements

bullet

Please advise any special catering or other requirements at the time of registration

Venues are subject to change at the discretion of The Change Forum but nearby alternatives will always be sought as a preference

bullet

Reconfirmation of final arrangements for an event prior to attendance is the participant's responsibility
