Fees are due on registration, payable within 14
days of Invoice and prior to attending the

Fees are non-refundable but may be transferred
to an alternative Change Forum event up to fourteen (14) days prior to the
scheduled event |

Transfer between Loose Change Fast-Track
Sessions may be requested up to 7 days prior to the
original registered event only |

|
Substitute participant welcome up to program
commencement – prior notice preferred wherever possible |

|
Fee will be forfeited if changes required less
than 7 days prior to the
original registered event or No Show |

|
Places limited at each Session – priority will be
given to paid registrations |

Payment by EFT or Credit Card preferred – Purchase
Orders NOT accepted in lieu of full payment |

Participants requiring accommodation need to make
