The Learning-Centred Leadership Series fuses contemporary models of leading change with work-based action-learning and the principles, practices and tools of Senge's 5 Leadership Learning Disciplines a framework we regard as a robust, practical and enduring one for leading through learning in progressive organisations.

Conversational Capacity-Building:  Whether you’re building a team, leading change, dealing with difficult situations, or creating an exceptional customer service climate, the kind of conversations leaders have is a telling indicator for team culture, leadership climate and change success - and one of the key elements for the effective functioning of any organisation. Our Conversational Coaching Clinics© and master classes on Constructive Conversations and Difficult Discussions cater for leaders at any level keen to improve their ability to conduct more skillful discussions and divert destructive confrontations into more constructive and productive conversation.

Emotional Intelligence & Compassionate Leadership:  Our series of public Emotional Intelligence programs are regularly adapted for in-house applications to particular contexts and combined with features of our conversational mastery clinics to provide tailored programs on Connective Conversations to support leaders and teams in improving workplace relationships. Our master class on Compassionate Leadership extends EI learning to help leaders take the next steps to raising levels of emotional intelligence and to mindfully integrate compassion into leadership mix through resonance and active self-reflection.
