The EI Connection...

Emotional Intelligence Clinics for Leaders and Staff... & In-House on request

Hi - Bill Cropper here with an update on emotional intelligence clinics for leaders and staff coming up in Brisbane – greatly appreciated if you could forward on to interested colleagues...

Why Emotional Intelligence Matters…

Emotions matter for good leadership, good work and good teams. They affect how we think, how we lead, how we cope with change and stress, how well we work together, how motivated, satisfied and effective we are. Emotional skills like empathy and connectivity are critical to work, leadership and life success - to building happy, productive workplaces and raising levels of focus, purpose, optimism and joy.

These skills can be learned and that’s what Change Forum coaching clinics do - equip people to learn how to be better leaders and team-players, to build vibrant work cultures and bring out the best in themselves and their teams.

Follow these links to read more about the impact our emotions have on teams – and some practices you can adopt for a more connective style of leadership...

Why not join us mid-year for one of these inspiring and insightful EI clinics there’s 4 to choose from.  And if dates don’t suit, we can run them in-house for you...

Be more aware of the impact of your emotional patterns in class

Take away tools and ideas to apply EI in a range of classroom contexts
