EI at WORK Dealing with Difficult Discussions

MACKAY: JULY 27 ~ JULY 28-29

ROCKHAMPTON Oct 13 ~ Oct 14-15

EI@Work: Working with Emotional Intelligence

Interactive 1-day seminar for those you rely on most – your STAFF

EI – it’s the basis for great teamwork and positive, productive workplaces; for raising levels of achievement, focus, optimism, joy, purpose and perseverance – and decreasing dysfunctional behaviours that set off negative emotional chain-reactions and turn teams toxic. EI isn’t only indispensable for successful work, it’s indispensable for leading a successful life!

At The Change Forum, we believe it’s just as important for staff as it is for leaders to understand and manage emotions and become more emotionally aware. This down-to-earth, 1-day seminar will show staff what EI is, why it matters and how to start applying basic EI tools and behaviours at work. After attending, your staff will:

Understand the nature of EI, its impact on them, their relationships and their work ability

See how feelings influence job satisfaction and their ability to get along well with others

Have constructive ideas on how to manage moods better and control those negative emotions

Know how to connect and interact better and even deal with difficult people – cantankerous colleagues, cranky customers, overbearing bosses

Cope better with stress, pressure and the demands of change
