Mindful Leadership in Action looks at what it means to lead mindfully. It explores the idea of mindfulness as a practice and takes a practical, every-day approach to introduce some simple brain-training tools to help leaders identify ways to incorporate mental disciplines like presence, awareness and focused-attention into their everyday activities – without necessarily having to set-aside time for formal meditation.
